Description:
Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Workers' Compensation paralegal with a dynamic firm located in downtown Orlando. This firm is looking for a paralegal to manage the discover process and accrue 140 billable hours per month. They are in need of a paralegal that embraces technology as they are moving into a paperless system. Must have a 4 year bachelors degree or paralegal degree from an ABA approved system. Business casual dress code. Responsibilities include supervising discovery activities (investigation, evaluating and drafting responses to written discovery, setting depositions, reviewing and summarizing depositions, assembling legal documents, legal research, review and analyze medical records, pleadings and exhibits. Must be able to multitask and juggle many deadlines.
