Currently, we are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for our Dallas, TX location.
Summary:
In this role, you will provide a full spectrum of advanced-level administrative and secretarial support for the Group President, Developing and Emerging Markets and the Vice President, Finance to ensure organizational objectives are carried out and accomplished in an effective, timely, confidential and efficient manner.

Support includes: developing advanced PowerPoint presentations with a focus on structure, content, and formatting, managing access to the executive, proactively maintaining and modifying executive's schedule and ensuring the executive is made aware of issues that need immediate attention. The individual also handles confidential business matters, works independently on special assignments and maintains smooth operation of the office when the executive is unavailable.

A high level of executive administrative skills, normally acquired through an accredited college and/or prior work experience is required. The candidate must be able to interface with all levels within the organization, have experience working with global customers, be courteous and tactful in handling telephone calls, have the maturity and ability to handle sensitive information, and possess strong organizational skills. The candidate must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software as required. Candidate must also be able to maintain a high degree of sensitivity in working with global cultures.

The incumbent should be available to work a flexible work schedule and have the ability to travel if needed.

Basic Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative support experience to Vice President or C-Level Management in a large corporate environment.
Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
An ability to develop and maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels, including senior management and global partners
The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
A talent for effectively prioritizing, multi-tasking and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with arranging global and domestic travel.
