OUR CLIENT, A FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM IN CHICAGO, IS SEEKING A CANDIDATE WITH 1-4 YEARS OF BIG 4 PUBLIC ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE (CURRENTLY EMPLOYED WITH THE BIG 4) FOR AN EXCITING FINANCIAL ANALYST POSITION. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN AN EXCITING, FAST PACED INDUSTRY WHERE HARD WORK IS VALUED AND REWARDED AT YEAR END. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and related work papers for audit, tax, and lender and investor reporting; preparing quarterly cash flow, budget variance and other annual business projections; participating in budget processes, and other special projects. The Financial Analyst will work closely with Senior Financial Analysts and will report to both Senior Financial Analysts and Fund Controllers. The position also involves presentations to senior management within the Financial Reporting and Asset Management Groups, communication with personnel, lenders and outside venture partners, and working with external auditors during annual financial and tax audits.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years publicly big 4 experience
CPA desired but not required
financial services or real estate industry experience preferred
Education: Bachelor
Experience: At Least 3 Years
