DESCRIPTION The candidate will perform Mobility OCO (Order Control Office) function in support of Mobility Network Provisioning. The Order Control Office will require a detail oriented person to operate in a Quality Control function. The candidate must be able to map/test/troubleshoot DS1s and above. The individual we are looking for will be responsible for performing various work functions in support of the Network Provisioning team. This will involve all aspects of the provisioning process including the turn up of service. One needs to possess a working knowledge of telecommunication networks and their supporting systems. Work will support Mobility network infrastructure builds in addition to service order tracking and escalations. Services will range from DS0 to OC192. Responsibilities will include managing the order process , which encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting and publishing daily reports. In a SPOC and SME role, this individual will be required to partner with customers and various internal/external organizations to ensure deliverables are met and also facilitate conference calls to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications: Strong project management is required coordinating internal and external interfaces to complete the test and turn-up of services Must be willing to work flexible hours to support the Central and West Coast markets.
