A growing Semiconductor company in the Colorado Springs, CO area is looking for a Director of Product Engineering/Development (Semiconductor). We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs, CO area. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Engineering, the Deputy Director of Product Engineering will be responsible for managing new sensor array product research, product design, and process integration. This individual will work with the process and design team at the Bay area facility to transfer existing and new products into the Generation 4 fab being established in Colorado Springs. Additional responsibilities of this individual include defining design rules, performing device simulations, and assisting in the development of the long-term technology roadmap of Company. This person is the designated successor for the current Vice President of Product Engineering as operations are transferred to Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in flat panel display and/or semiconductor design, process integration, and manufacturing, with a particular emphasis in amorphous silicon TFT's and image sensors. Experience in the areas of thin film processes, such as PVD, PECVD, plasma etch, photolithography, and low-k dielectrics; are essential. MS or Ph.D. is required in Materials, Electrical Engineering or other related field. VP, Director or Management experience is required. For consideration, please send your resume to (see below)
