Exciting new position! We have been asked to identify a solid Senior QA Analyst who will be causal in building QA/Test Process and Practice at our client s company. Our client is a decade old North Fulton-based software vendor who has created a successful line of Windows-based products for an industry niche. As the company sling-shots out of a Legacy code base and moves toward more .NET 3.5 Framework, Agile development process, and happily a very impressive broadening and deepening of its commercial audience, there s a need to put a more formalized, efficient, collaborate and results-oriented QA Process in place. This position will be central in creating, implementing, driving and hands-on executing those processes. Our client is a great small company and this position is very very much hands-on. Resources will be limited and conservative in allocation. This role calls for experience driven innovation, in-depth knowledge of Software QA, some QA Automation, Software Development Lifecycle, Windows Development (especially .Net/SQL Server), and a record of wins of implementing and doing process driven QA in a smaller .NET environment. We are looking for: Degree. High Preferred. Should be Comp Sci or related 5+ years Software QA with current idea and/or organizational leadership High Hands-On expertise in Manual Testing Multiple Year experience in Test Automation. Experience with both name brand and open source/innovative alternatives Real Track Record of establishing QA Process and Procedure Ability to win buy-in from management, technical and customers Must have in-depth technical knowledge of .NET Framework (3.x), Web-based Development, and SQL Server Absolutely stunning Interpersonal and Communication Skills and an award winning high energy personality Our client offers the opportunity to join a great little company experiencing commercial success and well managed growth.
