Description:
Enclipse is a seeking a Change Management Consultant for a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a large health care provider in Portland, OR. Title: Business AnalystOverall Experience: 01-03 Yrs.Position Description: Supports the Data Center Services (DCS) Business Relationship Managers (BRM)s in providing underlying support for availability and stability goals of Data Center Services related to Change Management Processing of Request for Change.Duties-Performs daily review of all Medium and Low RFCs coming into the Bus Relationship Manager Queue with the purpose of:-Validating requirements of Change-Ensuring all Change policies will be met by this RFC-Validating the priority with the content of the change and ensuring that the Change Owners has correctly prioritized the change.-Asking Clarifying Questions related to that particular change or to the Change Requirements with the change owners via phone or email.-Approving the Change as meeting the Change requirements within required turnaround times.-Prepares other change reports, change documents as requested by Lead Change BRM.Work Location: OR-PortlandAdditional Location Details: Will contact Tom Gammons, Lead BRM for Change Process in that building. Cublicles available.Number of Openings: 1Allow Right-to-Hire: YesEstimated Time Until Conversion: 6 monthsRegular Hours: 40/WeekAdditional Information: Knowledge of IT Infrastructure essential.Remedy tool familiarity a plus but familiarity and use of some online input ticking tool is a must.-Oral communication skills needed in clarifying details and requesting information in a clear and concise manner.Basic exposure to the Change Process, ITIL would be a plus.
