MRD Manufacturing at Cottage Grove is a Batch Chemical and Glass Microsphere manufacturing facility that produces over 500 custom materials. The Plant produces: adhesives, binders, catalysts, optical resins and polymers for use by other 3M divisions. It also produces: photographic, data storage and printing chemicals, catalysts, curatives and high strength glass microspheres for sale outside 3M. The factory operates around-the-clock, seven days a week, and the work environment is dynamic and engaging. A challenging opportunity to work with an experienced team of EHS professionals in a diverse manufacturing setting. This position will serve as the primary contact for all environmental efforts for the Cottage Grove, MN site and shall work with business environmental contacts to assure compliance. The position includes, but not limited to Title V reporting, EPCRA 312/313 reporting, air permitting with the potential overlap challenging opportunity to work with an experienced team of EHS professionals in a diverse manufacturing setting. This position will serve as the primary contact for all environmental efforts for the Cottage Grove, MN site and shall work with business environmental contacts to assure compliance.
