Security and Access Manager

Position Summary:
Wincor Nixdorf requires a Security and Access Manager to manage all processes related to Kaba Mas lock access and key creation in support of a rapidly growing install base.  Working closely with Account Management, Project Management, Procurement, and Field Service, the Security and Access Manager will be responsible for maintaining integrity and security of the lock program.  This fulltime position reports to the Director of Technical Support and is based in Austin, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Create and maintain all documentation for all processes related to Kaba Mas access, key creation and maintenance, and lock audits
Liaison with PMO, FSO and procurement to develop and oversee process for lock and key availability and distribution
Develop processes to maintain security and integrity of lock and key access and tracking.
Maintain logs for all lock and key transactions.
Work with IT to develop automation programs.
Oversee Kaba Mas technical support call center and schedule call center availability
Role Qualifications:
5 years experience in a Quality, Security or Compliance environment
Excellent PC skills, specifically with MS Excel and Word
Experience with documentation control
SAP and/or CRM experience, preferred
Excellent process and communication skills
Ability to coordinate, implement and track multiple tasks
Self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
Willingness to work additional hours to meet work demand fluctuations
