Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires a dynamic, inspirational leader with a history of demonstrating accountability providing excellent safety results and business results. Candidate should possess innovative ideas, strong financial acumen, be customer oriented and have exemplary interpersonal skills. Must have proven history of leading teams and demonstrating accountability. Lead a team of service managers as direct reports by coaching, mentoring, motivating, empowering, removing obstacles and holding Cast accountable to overall job performance. Make productive and positive contributions to safety, service, quality and performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
* Proven experience in manufacturing with emphasis on process improvement, process flow and production strategies
* Demonstrated experience in holding team members accountable
* Demonstrated computer proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability as a team leader
* Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MBA or advanced degree or equivalent
* Prior experience in a union environment
* Prior experience with MS Access, Business Objects, SAP or Maximo
* Proven bilingual skills
