Description:
Location: CO - Interlocken, GA - Atlanta0-12 MonthsResponsible for communicating information to customers related to Network maintenance.
This would include communicating general impacts to customer services as well as
responding to customer questions related to Network maintenance. This roll will
include direct interaction with customers mainly by email, but some phone calls
may be administered. The duties basically consist of taking canned verbage from a software tool, tweaking
it slightly to pertain to the individual customer in regards to the specific maintenance
that was completed and emailing that information to the customer. The data that
will be provided will be the date, time, etc. but the Customer Service Rep will
have to have the attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication
skills to analyze the pre-populated text and make sure the information is stated
correctly. Basic computer skills (Microsoft suite), Detailed oriented, Strong interpersonal
skills, highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills are a must! Min requirement Associates in communications or business management. Prefered
experience in Customer Service Management and/or direct customer servies support
activities.
