Talented, forward thinking Sr Human Resources Generalist needed to join a dynamic team. Principle accountabilities include but are not limited to:*Managing recruting process, develop sourcing strategies and build strong relationships to ensure flow of qualified candidates for openings.*Manage Company/s performance management systen*Develop and manage training curriculum*Coordinating non-union policy development and maintenance*Managing relocation program*Managing the pre-employment and DOT drug testing programsSuccessful candidates should have the following experiences and abilities:*HR experience in a manufacturing environment - preferably in a plant that processes*Extensive experience and knowledge in recruiting*Excellent Performance Management Skills and thorough understanding of employment law*Effective decision-making and communication skills*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously*Experience working in a union environment
