Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION: Performs administrative and analytical duties for manager and staff; acts as liaison between BBO, BDO, SBS and corporate customers and prospects; conducts special projects; resolves; problems; performs research; processes loan funding, bookings and payoffs; keeps management informed of special customer needs or problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides administrative support to loan officers.
o Serves as a contact for customers regarding administrative details.
o Resolves problems of varying complexity.
o Performs research needed to resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
o Works closely with other members of the department to insure exceptional customer service is being provided to the client base.
o Serves as a back up to other department coordinators.
o Prepares a variety of special and reoccurring reports.
* Coordinates loan support for managers and officers.
o Assists as necessary with paperwork flow to BLC and BBOs.
o Processes paperwork for new loans and loan renewals, including wire and account transfers. Has basic understanding of documents required.
o Ensures loans are booked correctly on the AFS system and collateral is forwarded to the appropriate department.
o Acts as front line manager of overdrafts including obtaining approvals and reports.
* May be required to make customer visits for product implementation, closings, problem resolution and expedition of urgent requests.

Requirements:
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Requires high school education or GED. 3 to 5 years of banking experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
· Organizational and time management skills are also required.
· Ability to properly read and write well enough to type, edit, and proof general business correspondence and prepare reports.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic proficiency in PC software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
· Understanding of CRM, XAA, AFS and Mobius system helpful but not required.
