Established automobile industry company is searching for a Customer Service focused, results-driven individual to grow with our organization. We are looking for someone to interface daily with customers, make 100+ outbound calls, provide customer support and assist with clerical office duties. Primary responsibilities include outbound calls to collect on accounts 30 days or older. You must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and well, as have an outgoing personality and a personal drive to commit to your own personal success. Our perfect candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both (written/spoken), be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management, and work well with little supervision. Must have proven experience working in a performance based pay environment as a collections specialist. You must have 1-2 years of solid experience in a colledtions call center environment.
