Currently, we are seeking a CUSTOMER INVENTORY ANALYST I to support the CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRAL UNIT
at our Neenah, WI North Office.





Responsibilities:


-Facilitate problem resolution in the order fulfillment process through data analysis, system knowledge, supply chain knowledge,and resources.
-Provide data to Upper Management, giving them visibility to customer service results.
-Provide team support for activities necessary to effectively manage constraint situations, including quarter-end activities and Order Sourcing.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
-Working knowledge of Excel and Access.

-Good written and oral communication skills
-Results orientated
-Motivating, personal sensitivity and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

-2 years plus of experience in order fulfillment in a major manufacturing or distribution environment
-SAP experience
