We are looking for an experienced individual to develop life, disability, and voluntary products.
Assignment Capsule
As a Product Developer you will work with key stake holders to identify, analyze, prioritize and launch new products. This requires expertise in and an understanding of the product development life cycle, including product and market research, product and market strategy, product infrastructure planning and management, product design and development, and go-to-market planning and execution. Responsibilities will include:
Perform market research and competitive analysis of life, disability, and voluntary products in life and health insurance.
Develop products from inception to completion, including
oversight and ownership of complete product development life cycle.
Develop recommendations to improve current product offerings.
Participate in Assessment and Planning for product implementations.
Partner closely with marketing and sales.

Role Essentials
2-4 years experience with product development
Experience with life, disability, and/or voluntary products
Experience with competitive market analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Role Desirables
Masters Degree
5+ years product development experience in the life/health industry
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Group and Voluntary Benefits area under the direction of the Manager of Product Development. Must be comfortable with a virtual reporting relationship.
