Technical Requirements:
Seeking a senior manager to provide leadership and oversight over a diverse team of technologist's. This individual would lead a team responsible for providing software development support services which includes SDLC stewardship (based on RUP), process-reengineering, release management, configuration & change management, and application life-cycle management tools.
Experience: Required: - 8+ years applying IBM's Rational Unified Process (RUP) to complex IT projects. Must include multiple large project efforts for new and enhancement initiatives. - Lead multiple business process engineering projects - Hands-On experience using requirements management, visual modeling, test automation, configuration and change management technologies on software development projects - 7+ years of staff management experience - Experience in supporting or delivering to Service Level Agreements
Desired: - Experience applying Organizational Change Management practices to medium to large divisions or enterprises - Experience applying IT Portfolio Management practices to programs and organizations - Experience or familiarity with agile methods - Experience or familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Familiarity with Rational Method Composer or SPEM 2.0 - Experience delivering briefings and presentations to large audiences

Educational Requirements:
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, or related field
Advanced degree or technical licenses a plus
