The Purchasing and Facilities Manager will negotiate with vendors for the purchase of all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by Southwest Behavioral Health Services.  Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the department, assists in the design and development of any automated systems, maintains lease payment schedule, completion of the property tax exemption process, coordinates office relocations, start-ups and closures.  Responsible for the standardization of company purchases, RFP's for bids and evaluates proposals on capital equipment purchases with recommendations to Director.  Responsible for coordinating company communication and equipment needs.
Requirements:
The ability to work independently with only general guidance and capable of handling mulitple projects.  Requires the ability to manage a heavy workflow, with positive problem solving, exceptional organization and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to handle multiple projects and resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
3-5 years of directly related supervisory experience.  Bachelor's degree in business or related field, plus 5 years experience or equivalent consideration of education and experience, with knowledge of administrative operations.    Knowledge of procurement procedures, facility maintenance, equipment leases, service contracts, and property leases. 
The Salary range for this position starts at $43k, DOE
