Primary Responsibilities:
Individual will provide financial analysis and data managementsupport of the Asurion captive and agency business through forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.Will work with various individuals and departments to obtain requiredclaims dataand other supporting information.Will identify and transfer data across multiple data management systems or operating systems, combine datafrom a variety of sources and structures,and generate and store reports and summary data. Will engage heavily with the Client Services team, Risk Management team and the Care Finance team in driving the forecast and reporting process.

Will be responsible for the monthly transaction forecast, headcount forecast cycle, quarterly forecast process and assistingthe Client Services and Program Management groups in developing their AOP budgets and 13 month rolling forecast of expenses. Responsible for the reporting of monthly client profitability and cash reconciliation statements. Also will report on monthly actual and performance against metrics to Program Management and Client Services. This position will also identify process improvements, build mechanisms to ensure accuracy and influence others so that deadlines are met.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree Required in Finance, Accounting or other analytically focused business degree
· MBA preferred
· 4 to 7 years business experience in related role (s)
· Strong background in financial analysis (projects determining profitability, cost savings, make vs. buy, etc.) is essential to this position.
· Advanced Access /SQL skills with experience writing queries a plus.
· Forecasting, variance analysis and budget development experience
· Demonstrated experience in understanding of general ledger accounts and journal entries.
· Advanced MS Excel skills including modeling, pivot table, functions, formulas and others.
· Advanced MS Access skills including the ability to create databases.
· Intermediate level Hyperion skills strongly preferred.
· Strong financial and business acumen
· Customer focused and capable of building business partnerships and influencing at all levels of organization
· Ability to self-manage and set priorities and meet objectives in an environment of ambiguity
· Strong team building and team oriented skills
· This position will travel approximately 5% of the time
