Description:
Our client, a publicly traded and leading distributer and direct marketer of specialty MRO products is seeking an Associate Counsel for their Jacksonville office to manage a wide variety of contractual agreements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and can manage his or her own schedule.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts and ancillary agreements which include real estate leases, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, customer contracts, IT and software agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and government bid documents.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing complex real estate and commercial contracts from both, the in-house and the law firm perspective and will have graduated within the top 25% of their tier one or tier two law school.
