Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating the maintenance and billing of all advertising campaigns on Disney, Jetix and ESPNDeportes.com for clients based in Miami and rep markets: Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Central America. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Disney Channel and the ESPNDeportes.com sales groups. Works with commercial traffic in Argentina to ensure all tapes have been received and processed for air. Works with Deportes.com to ensure all material for campaigns is received and trafficked correctly, as well as updating monthly traffic metric reports for the site. Responsible to coordinate with accounting on billing issues and adjustments, issue monthly commercial schedules to clients and coordinate all miscellaneous client requests.

Maintain all materials for media kits, maintain client database and files, and coordinate with the sales teams in all markets to support staff on multi-regional client/agency mailings.


Required Qualifications
College degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.Prior advertising or cable industry experience preferred . Fluency in Spanish required. Well-organized. Broad exposure to Windows-based software – word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint etc.

Desired Qualifications
Portuguese preferred. Prior experience at a cable network or advertising agency preferred.
