Description:
Fantastic Opportunity for an Office Manager! This position is temp to hire – our client wants to have someone start on the 12th or 13th of November.
This individual would manage 2 other individuals - an administrative assistant and receptionist - will also be the coordinator for 6 offices.
Will oversee the office operations, assist with mailings, grants and proposals - meaning you would be more of a detail checker when assisting with grants and proposals.
Great benefits - PTO - 12 sick days, 12 vacation days, 2 personal, 12 holidays, flex schedule, medical 30/month and a 1500 debit card for co-pays and prescriptions. They are willing to go up to $40k for the right individual. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Must have minimum of 3 to 5 years administrative experience, and have experience working for non-profit.
