DESCRIPTION We are looking for a subject matter expert who has competence in sales force compensation systems such as CALLIDUS software. Specifically, we are looking for a consultant who has experience with the sales force compensation component or a comparable vendor product (CSC, DSPA Software, Oracle). Candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing large projects and/or programs. This consultant will be responsible for deploying project management principles and techniques to one or more projects that span multiple functional departments (IT and business). The consultant will drive projects for the corporate systems organization and be accountable to the Project Sponsor (IT management and/or business executive) for leading the successful delivery of a project according to measures of scope, time, cost and quality. Additionally, this consultant will be responsible for applying project management tools and methodologies as well as integrating multiple functional areas of technology and the business in the planning, execution, control and implementation of the project. Skills: Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks and resolve issues and resource conflicts without aid from direct manager or project sponsor Strong management skills are needed to manage a team of technical SMEs and business users Ability to design and lead the implementation of an efficient process for overall project management Ability to interact with other process groups as required ensuring an integrated holistic view of the process framework Ability to provide business and/or technical leadership to the extent needed for successful conduct of the project Must exhibit creative problem solving and leadership for the implementation of system life-cycle techniques College Degree from an accredited college or university required/Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience preferred 7-15 years general business experience 4-7 years Project Management experience PMP certification SKILLS CALLIDUS Software specifically "Sales Force Compensation Component" or comparable vendor product (CSC, DSPA Software, Oracle) Synectics offers competitive salaries and a full suite of benefits.
