Description:
Project manager is needed to manage an SAP HR security redesign project. The scope of the project will include the design and implementation of structural authorizations within SAP (HR Security module); previous experience on this type of global project is strongly preferred. The candidate will work with the business to determine project approach, gather and document business requirements, and create and manage a project plan. Must have solid project management routines and leadership skills. Must have previous experience working on a GLOBAL HR SAP security assignment, and have a clear understanding of local variations in requirements and practices. Regular job responsibilities include documentation of requirements, leading status meetings, updating project documentation including issues, status reports, risks, and project schedules/timelines. Must have the ability to adapt to PMO and IT Governance practices in place at the Client. Project is expected to have a duration of 9 months with the strong possibility for future phases. 5+ years Project Management experience 5+ years SAP HR Security experience 3+ years Business Process Documentation experience
