The position will provide advanced routing of Incidents and Request through our case management system.The Candidate who fills this position should have strong technical skills in the following languages: English, Perl, KSH, SQL Server, JAVA, J2EE and JBOSS.Role: Gather Requirements & SupportObtain specific details relevant to customer requests to resolve and/or triage requests.Provide advanced client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.Configure IMPaCT application to include: Troubleshooting repository configurations; Batch Import failures unavailable in UI; Image/Data blowback troubleshooting Advanced routing and resolution of Incident Tickets and RequestsLog Auditing & reporting for security audits & verifications of customer requestsInvestigation of missing batches and imagesDTI/IFI level I/II application troubleshootingImport failures batch/bulk - non DM importsBlowback/Confirmation verification/assistanceParticipate in 24x7 on call rotation to provide after hour support during business emergencies.Role: Develop & AdministerOne-off and automated report creationAttribute modificationAttribute Level SecurityLog Auditing and reporting for security audits and verifications of customer requestsAssisting with Conversion Center imports and diagnosticsRepository Attribute modificationBasic Batch Import parameter/attribute modificationRole: SecurityMaintain best practices based on associated security policies and industry security standards to ensure applications are appropriately secured (PCI) based.Metrics: Basic standards regarding how success will be measuredSecurity strictly maintained 100% of the time.All tickets will have the following metricsOpen ticket and respond in 5 minutes at 90%.Advanced routing of ticket within 120 minutes at 90%.Resolved within three business days at 90%.An ideal Candidate should have experience with:~ Image repository operations~ Unix & Linux operating system~ Oracle, and using the VI Editor. ~ Understanding of SFTP and FTP processes. ~ Strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, excellent problem solving skills and be ever conscious of data security matters.If you meet the requirements, then please apply today.If you know anyone that fits the job, I pay $1000 referral fees!
