Please note - the work will not start until Feb/March 2010. Please do not send resumes of people available now. Requirements: a. Experience coding in ANSI Standard SQL . b. Experience interpreting physical database models and understanding relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using Oracle. c. Experience working with Oracle version 9i or later . d. Experience in using Oracle programming tools (SQL Plus, PL/SQL, SQL Loader or other Oracle database programming tools). Desirable: a. Experience coding in PL/SQL, especially Packages and Procedures. b. Experience with Sybase PowerDesigner 9.0 or higher. c. Experience with writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting dynamically created SQL within Procedures
