Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products and services of the Company to achieve product development, delivery and operations.
Responsibilities:
. Assist in the design, development, maintenance and execution of analysis and reporting capabilities.
. Design/build dynamic reports using T-SQL and MDX query languages and reporting tools.
. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting services.
. Research and resolve data issues.
. Peer review operations.
. Conduct analyses using query, statistical, data mining and visualization tools and document results.
Job Requirements:
. Bachelor or higher;
. Previous supervisory experience and the responsibility of 4-6 direct reports;
. Data-oriented with the ability to assess, plan and implement changes;
. Experience in Developing, Training and/or Quality a plus;
. Demonstrated phone communication experience;
. Ability to manage and meet deadlines;
. Highly computer literate and detail oriented;
. Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication;
. Meticulous organizational skills.
