You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls to multiple departments. You must be able to distinguish what the caller is in need of to transfer the client to the correct department. This position requires 2 years related experience as a customer service representative or receptionist in a high volume call center. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This company is invested in your success! Our client prefers an individual who demonstrates strong listening and communicating skills, has experience in processing a minimum of 50 inbound calls daily. Applicant must be flexible with their shifts and available during the holidays. Part time positions available as well! Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
