Description:
A local Arlington company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team immediately!!! This company has been in business for 15+ years and is very family-oriented.
Duties consist of, but are not limited to:
*Controlling all accounting functions, including but not limited to: G/L, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, federal and state tax returns, account reconciliations, etc. for 3 separate entities.
*Executive support to the CEO of the company.
*Maintain business licenses.
*Assisting in printing/copying of blueprints.
*Assisting in bid preparations in a timely, deadline-oriented manner.
*Payroll functions for entire office.
Qualifications include:
*Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
*Minimum 4+ years in the office management (A/P, A/R, personnel management, administrative combination)
*Advanced writing/editing skills.
*Preferably 2-5 years in the construction or like industry.
*Knowledge of licensing, job bidding, etc.
*Ability to work independently.
