Well established and thriving specialty medical office is seeking a skilled Medical Biller/Collections Representative to become a key member of their team of professionals. Within this fast paced position you will be responsible for working all collections, collecting and billing to all insurance companies, private pay as well as governmental billing for multiple locations seeing approximately 15,000 patients per month. You will also handle customer service and patient inquiries. In addition, you will be cross trained to back up the New Patient Coordinator with set up of new patients into the database and insurance verifications. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years recent medical billing and collections experience and the ability to work in an extremely fast paced office. Must be able to hit the ground running.
