Our client in the San Diego area is willing to pay up to $80,000 for an inside sales manager. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience as an inside sales manager and has been successful in the training and mentoring of a sales team. Experience must be recent. Being knowledgeable within the software industry is a must. Candidate must have been in a previous role where they performed and closed. This person must be energetic, outgoing, and able to motivate. Looking for an All-Star candidate who knows the matrix style of inside sales.
