The Industrial and Transportation Business is currently seeking three Customer Service Representatives. These individuals will be responsible for coordinating and handling varied customer transactions and providing value-added services. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing outstanding customer service to our Valued Industrial & Transportation Business Customers.
Providing accurate handling of customer transactions relating to order management, expediting, deduction/adjustment handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Establishing and maintain excellent working relationships with various internal contacts.
Efficient use of 3M systems required to support required transactions and processes.
