As our Seasonal Nike Store Athlete (Store Associate) your mission will be to deliver a premium consumer experience by demonstrating the expertise to navigate through individual needs and providing a complete solution through Nike products and services to give consumers what they need to connect, train, and compete with the knowledge to achieve their goals. Responsibilities Assist customers with the selection, product information, and purchase of products
Maintain store appearance, stock merchandise and assist with store cleaning duties
Seek out educational opportunities to increase personal knowledge of retail fundamentals such as customer service, retail math, product knowledge, and Nike-specific retail policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: processing incoming merchandise, pricing or labeling product, conducting physical inventory, and building visual displays
Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service. Learn the warning signs of shoplifting or internal theft and report suspicious activities to a supervisor
