Alliance Residential Company in San Diego is seeking a Director of Performance with 3-5 years of Residential Community Management experience.
The Director of Performance will support the Senior Vice President of Operations in property performance, financial and compliance audits and other administrative duties as assigned. This position will act as a liaison between the Senior Vice President and the Properties / Regional Management staff.
Duties include:
Monitor the need for property improvement
Review property / region financials
Surprise audit properties in California - travel required.
Host manager calls to ensure policy compliance
Support the Senior Vice President with other duties as requested.
Qualified candidates will have:
BA degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of community management experience - multi site management is preferred
complete working knowledge of residential property management
complete knowledge of property financials and budgets
excellent communication skills both verbal and written
exceptional organizational skills
excellent customer service skills
professional appearance and demeanor.
