Description:
As the Branch Manager III you will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, while coaching and mentoring a staff of 12-14 people. We are looking for a strong leader, who is goal oriented and has the ability to seek out growth opportunity for the market. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to coach and motivate the staff to exceed sales and production goals, while delivering excellent member service. In addition, this position offers a competitive salary and will allow you the opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing markets in Brevard County. In this hands-on supervisory role, ideal candidates will posses the following skills:
1. Strong leadership and management skills by way of leading by example, delegating tasks, coaching and motivating staff to achieve objectives.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working with both internal and external customers.
3. Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
4. Ability to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure.
5. Knowledge of effective sales and service techniques and strategies to develop new business.
6. Ability to work closely with staff to coach, develop and motivate to meet and exceed goals.
7. Strong computer skills to ensure reports are complete in a timely manner.
Experience: 1-3 years of branch management experience in a Credit Union or Banking environment, supervising up to 10-14 people.
Education: High School plus additional course work through vocational, technical or business school. or equivalent experience. A 4 year degree in business/finance/management may be substituted for a portion of this experience.
