Location: Manchester, NH2 MonthsPerform a variety of assignments associated with credit and collections. Initiate
and receive telephone contacts with a wide range of customers regarding delinquent
accounts, security deposits, energy assistance, referrals to social agencies, etc.
An understanding of credit and collection policies and procedures and good public
relations attitude and show sensitivity to customersÂ’ needs, especially with customer
contacts regarding delinquent accounts is NECESSARY. The ability to work in a fast
pace environment with changing priorities is required. EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM OF ONE
(1) YEAR CREDIT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. REQUIRED SKILLS: The ability to: work
in a stressful and structured environment; use clear and concise verbal and written
techniques for standard replies and Company policy statements; communicate with
