Currently seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Representative. Carrier experience is a real plus. Will be responsible for contacting claimants and explaining to them their worker's compensation benefits. You will be responsible for interpreting the coverage and making the recommendations on the claim to resolve the matter. Your investigation will determine the nature, extent, and duration of the coverage. Additionally, negotiating the settlement of claim within the extent of authority is key to be a success in the position.
