Description:
Kohler Hospitality, operators of the Midwest's only 5-Diamond resort, is currently looking for a detail oriented individual to work as Hospitality Dispatcher at The American Club. This position will be second shift hours from 2:30pm-10:30pm and weekends, but requires someone flexible to work first shift if needed. This position will average 15-20 hours per week based on business need.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to documenting all incoming phone calls, dispatching or paging appropriate personnel as requested and follow-thru on all other requests from guests or associates, assisting with distribution of keys and radios to associates, and to accept and verify deposits from associates and make change as requested from cash drawer.
