Description:
The Maintenance Representative represents LiveTV during maintenance, modifications and installations at Maintenance Repair Overhaul Providers (MROÁ’s) or customer locations. The Representative is responsible for the Quality, Cost and Delivery of the LiveTV modifications. This position will be based in MCO when not traveling on an assignment.

II. Essential Functions:
Á• Coordinates pre and post induction reviews with Customer, Maintenance Planning, Material Operations, Quality Control, Engineering and the MRO.
Á• Is the Lead and coordinates an onsite team to address various demands of the installation such as Engineering, Materials, and Technical Support.
Á• Liaisons with the MRO provider or customer on all technical requirements of the service
Á• Approves and tracks additional requirements and Á“Out of ScopeÁ” work found during the installation.
Á• Provides concise daily written and verbal updates as to the status of the modification including any issues that impact work progress.
Á• Documents maintenance performed utilizing established procedures if required and submits a daily turnover report.
Á• Reviews and validates invoices for accuracy and disputes discrepancies with the MRO provider or customer if necessary.
Á• Interprets and understands warranty issues and claims pertaining to supply chain quality and delivery.
Á• Coordinates with Customer for arrivals and departures of aircraft and modification schedules
Á• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and systems modifications on all LiveTV Systems
Á• Ensures all airline log book discrepancies pertaining to all LiveTV Systems are cleared in a timely manner and in accordance with (IAW) the customerÁ’s requirements.
Á• When the Maintenance Representative is not on assignment, they may be reassigned to other duties within the organization such as Line MX or Technical Support.
