Description:
DESCRIPTION A Network Services/Support consultant is needed to provide on site technical support and 24x7 off hours coverage for major outage events. Specifically, the consultant will provide end-to-end data network troubleshooting and configuration management support for: LAN/WAN, firewalls, Cisco hardware, VLAN, Juniper NSM, Load Balancers, etc. Qualifications: LAN/WAN/Firewall experience Cisco environment 6500 series chassis experience, including CAT and IO5 familiarity VLAN experience, changing accounts on SSL Vans Juniper NSM experience, WAN Optimizer experience Juniper Load Balancers F5 experience Unified Wireless experience (WCS) Required Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Expert level knowledge of Data Networking is required as well as some experience with video Intermediate level communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required Superior analytical ability required The ability to efficiently manage and resolve resource and performance issues BA or equivalent work experience required Expert level ability to participate and work well in a team environment required SKILLS Communications, Organization, Superior Analytical Ability, Resource and Performance Issue Resolution, Team Oriented, Data Networking, Some Video Synectics offers competitive salaries and a full suite of benefits.
