Description:
A growing technology company in the Phoenix Metropolitan area (East Valley) is looking for a PCB Layout Designer. We are looking for local candidates with solid technical skills, communication skills, and a team oriented mentality. The Team will design multi-site high pin count devices/circuit boards (80 to 160 high pin count devices preferred). Be responsible for the lay-out of high technology printed circuit boards. Work with design development and Process and Test Engineers to design PCB/Test Boards to meet customer specifications and estimate and schedule design tasks. An AS Degree in Electronics is required. A BSEE Degree is a plus, but not required. At least 5+years of PCB Lay-out design of multi-site high pin count test boards is required. Experience and understanding of shielding and guarding are necessary as well as solid experience with Cadence Allegro (required). Experience from the semiconductor industry is a plus.
