Job Description Program Management Group (Finance PMO), Senior Analyst, Government Site The PMG focuses on the implementation of the policies and generic processes for projects assigned to each PMO. PMG Support is defined as follows: Program assessments Program tracking and guidance Program Planning support Program review, oversight, and reporting support Develop and maintain program databases, tracking and reporting systems Develop, implement and maintain program documents, plans and performance measures Assist with financial processes within the program office Managing an inventory management-related project Human Resource Management support In Option year 1, the PMG s scope is to continue the process of aligning and managing business systems to the DHS enterprise architecture through developing an Enterprise Systems GAP Analysis and Closure Plan and forming, managing and/or supporting PMOs as directed. Specifically, the Senior Analyst shall consult and assist OBM in analyzing functions within FEMA that require business systems, identify gaps and requirements, and develop a Gap Closure Plan that will create or align business systems with the DHS enterprise architecture. Initial PMO assignments in Option Year 1 are as follows: Ensure that projects or programs undertaken to streamline acquisition business process are managed in accordance with DHS AD 102-1, FEMA ARB Directive and Instructional Guidebook, and that consistent program management practices and methodologies are used on all acquisition projects. The contractor shall consult within the Finance PMO structure to ensure that projects and programs undertaken to streamline finance business processes are managed in accordance with DHS AD 102-01 and FEMA ARB Directive and Instructional Guidebook. .
