DESCRIPTION The contractor will be performing ?swivel chair? processing and distribution of tickets for IMAC and trouble reports for Managed Customer Care. The candidate will also perform ticket coordination for voice and data services and multiple 3rd party vendors. Shifts: 1 Position for 2nd Shift (03:00p.m. - 12:00a.m.CST) must work weekends. 1 Position for 3rd shift (11:00p.m. - 8:00a.m.CST) must work weekends.
