US CITIZENSHIP + ACTIVE TOP SECRET GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE + SCI ACCESSJob Description: Specify, design, develop, code, test, integrate and document software modules systems and subsystems to provide new functional capabilities and improve existing Cyber Warfare and enabling systems. Perform reverse engineering of software components and systems to support vulnerability and exploitation analysis. The functions to be implemented include the full spectrum of Cyber Warfare. Adhere to open standards and modern software development methodologies, including what is considered best practices by the industry. This also includes rapid prototyping to meet time critical requirements.Required Skills: See above. Must have outstanding briefing and presentation skills.Desired Skills: Previous experience in developing and document a Software Development Plan. Previous experience with oral proposal presentations.Required Education(including Major): BS Computer science or related technical discipline with at least 6 years of experience.
