Job Description Apex Systems Inc has multiple openings for Hardware Field Technician in the Santa Cruz, CA area. Responsibilities: -Installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi- vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. -Installs and optimizes HW/SW/Networking product and configurations at customer sites. -Supports and observes installations being performed by experienced field-engineers. -Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi- vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems, specifically Windows Vista. -Desktop/laptop setup and software configuration. -Standard 40 hour work week -Candidates must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to travel to numerous clients sites daily. -Compensation commensurate with experience, all travel fully reimbursed.
