Job Description: TM Floyd & Company has a Contract-to-Hire opportunity working as a SAS Programmer Analyst in a Medicare statistical analysis department. In addition to experience with SAS analysis, you should be experienced with DB2 on Client Server platforms, AIX or Unix, and as a plus, Oracle. Reporting experience and Business Objects (or Cognos or Microstrategies) experience are also highly desired. The ideal candidate will have Healthcare or Medicare experience, but it is not required. Required Skills: SAS Analysis Writing original SAS code Experience with SQL Minimum of two years experience using SAS in a professional environment Ability to solve problems independently and participate in team projects Excellent analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication skills Proven ability to document programs and projects for successful transition of assignments upon completion of contract Broad experience with a variety of SAS procedures Knowledge of statistical principals and practices DB2 experience in a Client Server environment AIX or Unix Oracle is a plus Business Objects (or Cognos or Microstrategies) experience are also highly desired Each submitted Resume will be reviewed, and qualified candidates will be promptly contacted by a recruiter.
