Job DescriptionSenior Business Process Analyst 3 Month Contract (Potential for extension through 2010) Scope of Project The scope of the Project consists of the following services: Define, Document and Implement an improved Release Management Process for 2010 Tasks: Align release management process with PLCM (Product Management Lifecycle Process) and (SDLC Systems Delivery Lifecycle) processes. Deliverables: Release Management Process, Suggested improvements to the current PLCM and SDLC Process Guide 2. Review during Initiation Stage of Product Lifecycle Management Process (PLCM) process the Business Requirements Document (BRD), Product Requirements Document (PRD), Business Scope and Approach Document (BSA) and Scope Architecture Infrastructure Design Document (SAID) Tasks: As directed, review and provide feedback on BRD, PRD, BSA and SAID documents from a systems perspective. Deliverables: Provide feedback on PLCM process and refine. Develop Applications Impacts Matrix (AIM) for all 2009 projects Deliverables: Suggested changes to BRD, PRD, BSA, SAID documents. Approval recommendation for reviewed BRD, PRD, BSA, SAID documents. Documented AIM. Identify all relevant applications and platforms and support the creation of their roadmaps Tasks: Working with Enterprise Architects and Functional owners support the documentation of Systems Roadmaps for key Business Services systems as well as the Enterprise Architecture for Business Services. Deliverables: Roadmap gap analysis 4. Put together Performance Service Level Agreements (SLA 's) with Enterprise Technology and formalize an interface process between CET and Business Services Tasks: Working with teram, develop a set of SLAs which will measure quality scope and schedule of 2009 projects. Implement SLAs in a pilot project. Refine SLAs based on outcome of pilot. Assess feasibility of applying SLAs for in-flight projects, Implement SLAs for all projects, as necessary. Deliverables: Standardized SLAs, Implemented and measure SLAs for 1 pilot project, Implemented and measured SLAs for all projects Work with other stakeholders to gather information on products/services strategy and create a process to keep that information current Tasks: Source existing Product and Services Roadmap/Pipeline, define model to communicate product and system changes at various stages in pipeline to realize system impacts Deliverables: Documented and Implemented systems team engagement model 6. Human Factors Improvement framework Tasks: Identify and prioritize human factors work for key systems.
