SolTech, Atlant's premier custom software development firm, is looking for a Senior Software Enginner to be a member of a growing Web development team assisting in the planning, development and implementation of new sites as well as the enhancement of existing sites. Candidates must have the ability to work in close communication with our internal staff as well as maintain strong communications and working relationships with vendors and customers. The role will have multiple projects with various degrees of priority requiring the ability to monitor progress and ensure milestones are reached. Candidates must be able to work in a fast pace startup environment juggling multiple roles and competing priorities.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years overall experience in IT industry. 6+ years experience in USA. 5+ years experience with analysis and design experience. 6+ years experience in Java programming. Open Source ERP, Commercial ERP, OFBiz experience a plus. Object oriented development experience. Server-side Java development experience. Java based Web development experience. Excellent knowledge of Java programming methodologies and frameworks. Software development processes and best practices. Experience with relational databases, primarily SQL Server and MySQL. Knowledge of XML, JRules, Ant, SOAP, Web Services, JUnit, JBOSS, Tomcat, Load Runner, SubVersion.
