Counterintelligence Operations Instructor (JCITA)
Fedsys is actively seeking seasoned Counterintelligence Professionals to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course. Our instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Source Operations. .
Requirements
Highly desired:
• Candidates must be certified in Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) with field experience • Prior graduate of the JCITA Counterintelligence Source Operations Course, Air Force Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), US Army Intelligence center, Navy Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC), and Military Source Operations (MSO) • Must be a credential Special Agent • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) • Knowledge of Counterintelligence (CI) operations and Force Protection (FP) • Development of course curriculum, student evaluations, and course critiques
Required:
• Five years experience in tactical Source Operations (MSO, LLSO) • Operational Cycle • Tradecraft • Operational and Intelligence Reporting • Operational Security • Current TS/SCI
