Job Description
 
Job Summary
The Scheduling Appointment Coordinator is responsible for representing all channels as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring that clients understand the products and services offered.  
 
Essential Job Functions 
Answer inbound calls from clients regarding in home decorating service
Make outbound calls to interested clients regarding in home decorating service
Act as the initial contact for clients and assist them with getting in touch with a Designer for an in home appointment
Act a liaison for pre-sale issues
Create qualified accurate leads while utilizing script 
Education and/or Experience 
2+ years experience with general administration duties
1+ years experience in a customer service call center environment                                                                                            
 Job Skills and/or Abilities
 Basic knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
Typing by touch 45wpm
Ten Key by Touch
Demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Command good written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Organized, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Possess exceptional follow through
Ability to multi-task
Ability to participate and work in a team environment
 Job Conditions
 
Normal office working conditions
Exposure to computer CRT
Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week
